Two of our clients are looking for a Quality Engineer; a Quality Engineer NPI and a Quality Assurance Engineer.

Both of our clients have costumers in the high-tech industries such as: Semicon, Healthcare, Analytical and Science.

Quality Engineer



Quality Engineer NPI

As Quality Engineer NPI you are responsible for securing all quality demands of the customers of our client, both internally as with their suppliers.

Within the projects you secure these Q-aspects and functionality of their delivered products by working on p-FMEA’s; Control Plans and MSA’s.

You are the point of contact for everything regarding the quality of their products.

The Quality engineer takes the lead in solving the most complex quality issues. You do so by using methods such as: root cause analysis, DMAIC, 8D and other methods related to process improvement. You take ownership of your work and bring people along in a structured way of problem solving. This way Quality issues are solved throughout the entire organization indefinitely.

You are responsible for all the Quality related deliverables in a project. You introduce and roll out new tools for process control. You are competence owner regarding SPC, relating process control to product quality.

Quality Assurance Engineer

As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you are the first point of contact for customers regarding the quality of our clients’ products and you ensure correct and timely handling of customer questions and complaints (8D).

You are responsible for the correct implementation of quality standards, both from the customer's point of view and from the legislation and regulations.

Together with your colleagues you work on the switch from reactive to preventive working and you represent the quality first mindset in the organization!

  • You draw up a quality plan for existing and the introduction of new products and you supervise the implementation.
  • You are responsible for managing quality KPIs by researching and assessing trend analysis and you initiate corresponding proposals for improvement (PDCA/4C/DMAIC).
  • You are responsible for following up and guaranteeing a quality first mindset in the organization.


Your profile

  • You have a BSc or MSc degree in business management, mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or another technical background.
  • You have experience in industrial production and engineering projects.

Preferably in the high-tech industry.

  • Experience in a relevant precision mechanical/mechatronic work environment.
  • You are familiar with or willing to learn the relevant methodologies (FMEA/8D/Control plan/Six Sigma/P-FMEA)
  • You have good communication skills in English and preferably also Dutch, both in word and writing.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is an advantage
  • As a person you are accurate, flexible, and ready to take on a challenge.
  • You have a proactive attitude, supported by persuasiveness, analytical attitude, customer focus and strong communication skills.
